Physician - MD / DO

About the role

The Family Medicine Physician at Family First Health provides comprehensive primary medical care to patients across diverse communities in Lebanon, York, Adams, and Lancaster Counties. This includes diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, documenting patient visits, and coordinating care with support staff.

Responsibilities

• Treat newborn to geriatric patients and multiple generations of the same families in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure safe, ethical, and excellent clinical practice.
• Work towards promoting healthy lifestyles and advocating for patients and the medically underserved.

Requirements

• Doctorate in medicine or osteopathy from an accredited university and completion of an approved post-graduate training program with Board certification or eligibility.
• Current CPR and Narcan certification.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well with patients and visitors.
• Knowledge of computer software applications (Microsoft Office Applications, EMR, others).
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment with varying and unpredictable situations.
