As a Primary Care Physician at CenterWell Senior Primary Care, you'll be part of a collaborative team including APPs, Pharmacists, Care Coaches, Behavioral Health Specialists, and more—all working together to deliver personalized, high-quality care. Reporting to our Associate Medical Director, you will be part of a team dedicated to supporting and empowering clinicians to do what they love. Our leadership is committed to promoting an environment where you will provide the highest quality care and establish relationships with those you serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Primary Care to seniors
• Collaborate daily with interdisciplinary team
• Document in Athena EMR
• Participate in on-call rotation (limited)
• Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time
• Work on-site in an outpatient office setting

Required qualifications

• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university
• Board Certification or Eligible (ABMS or AOA) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• Current and unrestricted medical license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of practice
• Demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients

Preferred qualifications

• Active and unrestricted DEA license
• Medicare and Medicaid Provider Number
• 2+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage Patients
• Knowledge of Medicare standards
• Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators

Pay

$267,800 - $313,400 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based upon company and/or individual performance.
