Physician Lead

About the role

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.

Location: Houston, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $321,200 – $375,650 annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a diverse clinical team including physicians and nurse practitioners
• Engage in staff recruitment, development, and supervision for quality care
• Communicate regularly with clinicians through meetings and individual check-ins
• Utilize performance data to coach clinicians and improve team outcomes
• Conduct performance reviews and manage PTO and reimbursement requests
• Deliver high-quality primary care with a focus on patient outcomes
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives with operational leaders to improve overall care

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from accredited medical school
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Current state licensure to practice medicine
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• Dedication to enhancing consumer patient experiences
• Willingness to participate in TB screening program
