Responsibilities

• Practice medicine in a community that balances small-town charm with access to advanced healthcare facilities.
• Work within a large, growing multi-specialty cardiac team.

• Enjoy competitive compensation ranging from $500K to $575K, with an income guarantee and bonus incentives.

• Have the option to perform peripheral vascular procedures in addition to core interventional work.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Industry leadership and Joint Commission Certification.
• Experience in hospital employment and a strong track record in interventional cardiology.
• Strong mentorship and advanced practice provider support available within the group.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a 1:4 call rotation.

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should:

• Be board certified or board eligible in Cardiology.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Be willing to relocate to Crown Point, Indiana.

Pay

$500K-$575K (rough MGMA range) with income guarantee and bonus incentives.
