About the role
As part of our Internal Medicine team, you will manage a combination of outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, and field clinics throughout Alaska. Serving as a Level II Trauma center, ANMC represents over 30 medical specialties and serves as the tertiary referral center for Alaska Native and American Indian people from across the state.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of patients across various medical specialties
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinical services and patient outcomes
- Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities
Requirements
- Current Medical License in Alaska
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine
- Experience in rural or underserved healthcare settings preferred
