Physician - Internal Medicine/Pediatrics & Hospitalist

About the Role

We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine physician to provide comprehensive care in a collaborative, physician-led practice at clinics in Grand Rapids and Deer River, MN. This role focuses on delivering primary care across all ages, with an emphasis on preventive, acute, and chronic disease management, as well as transition of care for adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care services for patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team, including nurse practitioners.
• Provide care to diverse rural populations, including underserved communities and residents on reservations.
• Participate in optional hospitalist coverage at a Critical Access Hospital.
• Perform procedures such as colposcopies, endoscopies, stress tests, and EGD’s.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient records and care management.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and flexibility.
• Experience with rural populations preferred.
