Internal Medicine - Pediatrics Physician

Vancouver Clinic is a physician‑owned multispecialty clinic that prioritizes high‑quality patient care and work‑life balance. We are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine–Pediatrics (Med‑Peds) physician to join a department of five physicians and one APC. The ideal candidate is passionate about evidence‑based care and will manage an even panel of pediatric and adult patients within a collaborative environment that includes strong referral networks and close primary‑care and specialty‑care coordination.

Position Details

• Part‑time or full‑time (0.5 – 1.0 FTE) with a flexible schedule of 4 or 5 days per week
• Shared call with Internal Medicine and Pediatrics departments (phone call only with nurse triage)
• Production‑based compensation model
• Two‑year guaranteed production compensation ranging from $304,633 to $330,186
• $150,000 starting and retention bonus over 5 years (prorated by FTE)
• Two‑year partnership track with a reasonable buy‑in
