Internal Medicine - Pediatrics Physician

Position Details

• Part-time or Full-time (0.5 – 1.0 FTE)
• Flexible schedule: 4 or 5 days/week
• Shared call with IM and Pediatrics departments (phone call only with nurse triage)
• Compensation is a Production model

Compensation

• New clinicians will have a 2-year guarantee based on production ($304,633 - $330,186) with upside earning potential
• $150,000 starting & retention bonus over 5 years (pro-rated by FTE)
• Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in

About the Role

We are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine–Pediatrics Physician (Med-Peds) to join our multispecialty clinic. The department consists of 5 physicians and 1 APC, and we have an established referral network with excellent collaboration between primary care and specialty care.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a passion for high quality, evidence-based patient care with an even panel of pediatric & adult patients.

Schedule
