Physician - Internal Medicine-Pediatrics - Brooklyn Park, MN

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a high-pressure environment, providing clinical expertise, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
• Provide clinical guidance and oversight to nursing staff and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular assessments of patient conditions and make timely decisions regarding treatment plans.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare policies and procedures, including infection control measures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
• At least 5 years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Experience with electronic health record systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
