Sanford Worthington Clinic is seeking two Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine physicians to join their primary care group.

Responsibilities

• No call required
• Practice in a Certified Medical Home setting with a Health Coach and Behavioral Health Therapist
• Access to multiple specialists via on-site or telemedicine services

Pay

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $278,915 - $360,949 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
