Physician - Internal Medicine
About the role
MultiCare Health System is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join their busy, well-established and expanding practice. The role offers ambulatory only Primary Care, with embedded support services to make practice sustainable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a busy, multi-specialty clinic setting.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and educational activities.
- Contribute to the clinical quality program to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Board certified/eligible at time of employment.
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment.
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
- Certified in ACLS/BLS for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association.

Pay and Benefits Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $315,400.00 - $339,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
