About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our team at One Community Health clinics in White Salmon and Stevenson, Washington. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses both health and social justice needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care
• Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives
• Engage in peer review and programs like PCPCH and Meaningful Use
• Supervise and administer educational programs for physicians and allied health professionals

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school
• Current Board Certification in specialty field
• Current Washington Medical License and DEA licensure in good standing or ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Bilingual - English/Spanish
• Prenatal Care
• EPIC-EMR
• Experience working in FQHC or look-alike settings

Pay

• Total first-year value: $265,000
• $25,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment
• $200,000 base salary
• $40,000 first-year guarantee (FYG)
• Full participation in our RVU incentive program, even in year one
• Bilingual Differential: $0.75 per hour for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
