About the role
Mondays through Fridays, fully outpatient schedule with no hospital rounding.
A panel of 20 to 22 patients per day with 2.5 support staff per physician.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required.
Multidisciplinary team including Behavioral Health, Care Managers, and Social Workers.
Physician mentorship program and access to Leadership and Development Institute.

Responsibilities
- Developing a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care
- Collaborating with Behavioral Health, Care Managers, and Social Workers
- Participating in a mentorship program and Leadership and Development Institute
- Providing care in an academic setting with quality and panel-size incentives
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

- Experience in a similar role preferred
