Physician - Independent Contractor - Cardiac Anesthesiology - MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center
Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Pediatric Anesthesiology physicians on a 1099 independent contractor basis.
About the role
The practice is located at MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center in West Des Moines, Iowa, which is a Level II Trauma Center with over 800 licensed beds. It handles over 10,000 surgery cases and over 2,500 OB cases annually. The schedule includes first and second call every two weeks with a day off after.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for cardiac, pediatric, and general anesthesia cases
- Work in a Level II Trauma Center setting
- Handle surgeries and obstetric cases
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified in Anesthesiology
- Current Iowa state license is preferred
