Independent Contractor - Clinical AP - Anesthesiology - Mercy Medical Center Redding

About the role

Seeking valued, independent full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our Anesthesia team. New grads and experienced CRNAs welcome. Current CA state license a plus. ACLS and PALS required. Providers may support affiliated surgery centers. No call, no hearts, no OB. Healthy Peds. Regional needed (will train).

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in improving lives in Anesthesiology
• Join the Vituity Team, which fosters a culture of shared purpose and recognition
• Support affiliated surgery centers without call responsibilities
• Work at Mercy Medical Center – Redding, California, a 267-bed facility with a Level II Trauma Center
• Operate in 12 ORs, including two OB ORs, with an annual volume of 58,000 cases
• Participate in a diverse case mix including orthopedics, general surgery, gynecological surgery, urology, ENT, neurosurgery, trauma, cardiac, and labor & delivery
• Benefit from a regional training opportunity
• Work flexible hours: Mon-Fri shifts are 1pm-11pm

Requirements

• Current CA state license
• ACLS and PALS certifications required

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
