Physician - Hospitalist - Pediatrics
About the role
MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to join their well-established, thriving and comprehensive practice in Tacoma, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for children and adolescents within a comprehensive network of care designed specifically for children and adolescents.
- Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams dedicated to the unique needs of every child and family served.
- Deliver expert, family-centered care across inpatient, outpatient and specialty services.
Requirements
- Board certified/eligible at time of employment.
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment.
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
- Certified in current BLS for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association.

Pay and Benefits
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $244,736.00 - $270,716.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
