About the role

This position has been allocated for a board certified or eligible physician. Hospitalist Nocturnist.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Nocturnist to join our inpatient team at Logan Regional Hospital.
  • Enhanced rural location starting bonus, relocation assistance, Value Recognition Payment annually based on meeting quality goals, thoughtful stewardship of our healthcare system, and achieving high standards in performance reviews.
  • Great opportunity to provide direct inpatient care with the assistance of a nurse coordinator.
  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
  • Dedicated nocturnist opportunity, regularly working 10 twelve-hour shifts per month.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
  • ACGME Accredited Residency training Internal Medicine (Family Med may be considered case by case).
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
  • Current BLS Certification is required before the first day of employment.

Qualifications

Caregivers are eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
