About the role

Your specialty-specific CompHealth rep places your best interests at the heart of everything they do and pays careful attention to the things that matter to you, from the big, hard-to-solve problems to the tiniest details.

Responsibilities

• Flexible block schedule averaging 15 shifts per month
• No straight 7/7 required
• Round-and-go model; most shifts completed in 6 - 8 hours
• Days only, 7 am - 7 pm
• No nights, no procedures, no codes, no RRTs
• Employed by a private hospitalist group, not the hospital
• 20-patient census with bonus incentives for each patient seen above 20
• No ICU requirements; full ancillary and specialist support with consults available

Requirements

Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians encouraged to apply
