About the role
Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is seeking to add a Part Time Hospitalist position to their team at Ascension Saint Thomas West Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to patients in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Manage patient flow and coordinate care across departments
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospital medicine preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
