Physician Hospitalist

About the role

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is seeking an internal medicine physician to join their team of hospitalists at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 coverage for adult inpatients
• Work 12-hour shifts with hybrid and swing shift opportunities
• Exposure to a wide variety of complex pathologies and the opportunity to perform procedures
• Average day shift workload of 15 patients
• Manage the closed ICU with support from critical care/pulmonary intensivists

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACGME/AOA accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
