About the Role

Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians for a Nocturnist opportunity. A current California state license is preferred.

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. Physicians participate in the partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation, including partnership income, varies by site and may significantly exceed the stated range.
