About the role

Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospitalist physicians, including Family Medicine candidates, to join a physician-owned partnership providing autonomy, local control, and comprehensive support.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital medicine care at multiple Illinois facilities, managing 16-18 encounters daily.
• Collaborate with integrated care teams, including emergency department staff and tele-critical care physicians.
• Participate in patient care without procedures required; manage acute hospital cases.
• Deliver high-quality inpatient care in a supportive environment.
• Engage in a culture emphasizing shared goals, recognition, and community impact.
• Participate in a partnership model offering profit sharing, equity ownership, and tax advantages.

Requirements

• Board eligible or certified in hospital medicine or family medicine.
• Illinois license preferred; visa candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
