About the role

We are seeking Hospital Medicine physicians to join a physician-owned partnership offering autonomy, local control, and support across a broad network of practices. The role involves managing hospital patient care at a Level II Trauma Center, providing integrated care alongside ED and critical care physicians, with a patient census of 15-18 daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital patient care at a Level II Trauma Center
• Respond to emergency codes
• Perform neonatal resuscitation
• Conduct well-baby exams
• Work within an 8-bed ICU and open ICU setting

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Certified in Hospital Medicine (Family Medicine physicians considered)
• Illinois licensure
• Visa eligibility encouraged

Pay

Competitive annual compensation ranging from $275,000 to $900,000, based on experience and site specifics.
