About the Role

Seeking Hospital Medicine Physicians to join a physician-led, autonomous partnership that provides local control with national support. The role involves delivering high-quality inpatient care in a hospital setting, working in an academic environment that values collegiality and clinical competence. No procedures are required, as ICU handles codes and emergency medicine support is provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient admissions in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain excellent bedside manners and strong clinical skills

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Strong clinical skills and excellent bedside manners
• Collegial attitude toward staff and colleagues
• Licensed in the state or eligible to obtain licensure; Virginia license is a plus
