Physician - Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Medical Director

You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities

• Oversee overall medical care and clinical practice for the HBPC Program
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure quality of care
• Conduct home visits and medication management for patients
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care
• Teach and mentor medical students and residents

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine
• Current, unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state or territory
• Completion of accredited residency training
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• U.S. citizenship or eligible non-citizen status

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 annually
