About the role
PHSC trains seven (7) ACGME fellows each year—among the largest hand fellowships nationally—with opportunities to teach residents and fellows, pursue research, and progress toward academic leadership/Professorship at Thomas Jefferson University.

Join a collegial faculty of 17 upper-extremity surgeons (orthopedic and plastic-trained) with shared call among 11 hand surgeons, backed by experienced APPs and an engaged administrative team.

Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited institution
- Fellowship in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery (backgrounds in Orthopedic OR Plastic Surgery welcomed)
- Board-eligible or Board-certified in relevant specialty
- No minimum prior experience required
- No state licensure is required at application; licensure will be obtained during onboarding
- Multi-state practice may include PA, NJ, and DE
