Physician Hand Surgeon

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, surgical and non-surgical management, and rehabilitation-focused care for hand and upper extremity conditions.
• Perform complex fracture care, reconstructive procedures, elective hand surgeries, and handle trauma calls.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, therapists, and nursing staff to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care emphasizing outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
• Deliver high-quality orthopedic care and contribute to clinical excellence.
• Support organizational missions of innovation, integrity, and compassionate patient care within a collaborative team setting.
• Participate in research, education, clinical protocol development, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fellowship training in hand surgery.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
