Responsibilities
Geriatric and Palliative medicine physicians work to promote longevity, minimize illness, reduce preventable hospitalizations and readmissions, and coordinate care of elderly patients with serious or life-threatening illnesses.
Requirements
- Minimum of a U.S. medical degree (MD or DO) or foreign equivalent
- Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine
- Eligibility for Rhode Island medical license
Pay
Salary offered for this position is $177,731.70 per year.
