Mercy Clinic in Pittsburg, Kansas, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join a growing practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment known for quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Position available due to a General Surgeon leaving
- Join one other full-time General Surgeon and 1 full-time NP
- Clinic office suite located on hospital campus

Compensation & Benefits
- $540K guaranteed salary plus $50,000 recruitment bonus
- Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
- 4 weeks’ vacation, 6 holidays, and 1 week CME during guarantee period
- $5,000 annual CME allowance
