Compensation and Benefits
- 1-year guarantee of $580,000
- $30,000 recruitment bonus
- Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance
- Qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) as a not-for-profit system
- 4 weeks’ vacation plus 6 holidays (while on guarantee)
- 1 week for CMEs and annual $5,000 CME allowance
