Position Highlights

Practice Growth: Establish and grow a high-quality, full-spectrum otolaryngology practice at a busy and well-resourced community medical center.

Community-Focused Care: Provide comprehensive ENT services to a diverse patient population in the fast-growing Fox Valley region.

Team Environment: Join a collegial and supportive department of 21 otolaryngologists, 9 APPs, and 10 audiologists across the Rush System, including subspecialty experts in rhinology, head and neck oncology, otology, laryngology, and facial plastics.

Candidate Qualifications

  • MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree
  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
  • Strong clinical skills in general/comprehensive otolaryngology
  • Fellowship training is not required
  • Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care

Position Details

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees.

The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors.

This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.

Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets.

Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances.

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range : $450,000 - $675,000 (TCC)
