About the role

Join our team at one of our 8 clinics in the Aurora area, part of Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC, which is an independent private practice within the Denver area. Our practice is a member of the independent practice association (IPA), PHPprime, which provides wrap-around services to help make our practice successful.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive individual and family care to the community
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers to share best practices and create innovative solutions for improved quality of care
• Earn maximum scores/bonuses with CPC+ and look forward to continued high performance

Requirements

• Board eligible/board certified in family medicine
• Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers
• Geriatric fellowship training or medicine subspecialty interests are welcome

Qualifications

• Experience in providing comprehensive primary care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
