About the role
Join a dedicated team of six physicians and five advanced practice providers in a collaborative, modern setting. The role includes participation in an advanced endoscopy program, performing outpatient and inpatient procedures with APP support, and serving as a regional referral center. You’ll have access to high-volume ambulatory surgery and inpatient endoscopy units, MAC anesthesia, and state-of-the-art equipment such as Olympus 190 scopes, Epic, and Provation.
Responsibilities
- Participate in an advanced endoscopy program
- Perform outpatient and inpatient procedures with support from advanced practice providers
- Serve as a regional referral center
- Maintain a balanced workload with manageable call duties
- Engage in educational opportunities and collaborate closely with cancer and surgical teams
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology
- Michigan medical license
- DEA certification
- BLS certification
