Build and lead a brand-new gastroenterology program in a supportive hospital environment with strong administrative backing. Shape clinical protocols, staffing, and scheduling as you establish the practice in a brand-new facility with dedicated GI space and a well-established surgical and anesthesia team. Locum tenens support is already in place to help you get started.
About the role
- Establish and direct a new gastroenterology service line from the ground up
- Define clinical protocols, staffing, and scheduling autonomously
- Two new operating rooms and two unused GI suites ready for use
- 2,800 annual GI referrals ensure a busy practice
- ERCP available; EUS setup supported if desired
- 1:4 call schedule to start; future schedule under your control
Pay
$680K+ base salary plus RVU production incentives.
