Physician Gastroenterology

About the role

The practice consists of 12 gastroenterologists and is structured to maximize efficiency and physician satisfaction. Dedicated GI hospitalists manage inpatient procedures, resulting in only two weeks of call annually. Physicians currently enjoy a schedule of approximately three procedure days and one and a half clinic days each week, with the office closing at noon on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Guaranteed base salary of up to $550,000 plus RVU production
• Partnership opportunity after 2 years
• Ownership available in the endoscopy center and clinic real estate
• Loan repayment assistance available
• $2,000 monthly stipend available during the final year of fellowship

Requirements

• Must be board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology
• Must have completed an accredited Gastroenterology residency program
• Must be eligible for or have completed an advanced endoscopy fellowship

Qualifications

• Experience in advanced endoscopy, particularly EUS, is preferred
• Interest in transitioning into practice or pursuing a partnership track
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
