Join us as a Primary Care Physician at The Oregon Clinic, a leading physician-owned, multi-specialty medical and surgical practice in Oregon. Practice alongside highly skilled and trained partners in the heart of the vibrant Pacific Northwest.
About the Role
Deliver expert, individualized care to adult patients. Provide comprehensive primary care services: preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. Work alongside a dedicated clinic and business office team, including an RN for every two physicians and an MA for each physician. Build patient panels around specific populations and areas of interest. Share equitable call with your partners with a 1:8 ratio. See patients from our NE Portland clinic supported by on-site diagnostic imaging, laboratory, behavioral health and dermatology. Collaborate with specialist peers throughout The Oregon Clinic to deliver high-value patient care.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O.
- Oregon State licensure eligible
- Board-certified / board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

- Collaborative, engaged, data-driven approach to medicine
- Experience in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule
Four-day work week, one rotating half-Saturday every 4-6 weeks, and light call.
Pay
Competitive compensation package. Enter ownership track typically after two years.
