Responsibilities
- A vital part of a dedicated team of clinicians committed to exceptional patient care.
- Assess patients and provide treatments while ensuring an exceptional and reassuring experience.
- Lead by example, fostering an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and reward and recognition.
- Maintain relationships with center clients and payers.
- Promote, cultivate, and exemplify Orange Book values for all clinic colleagues.
Qualifications
- Clinic-based position providing direct patient care.
- Collaborates with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
- Maintains active and unrestricted license, DEA license, and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
- Eligible to participate in Medicare.
- FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willing to certify through Concentra’s DOT training program.

Pay
This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate for 5 days a week in the state range of $240,000.00 to $300,000.00 salary depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
Schedule
M-F, 8 to 5, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no call.
