Responsibilities

• A vital part of a dedicated team of clinicians committed to exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Clinic-based position providing direct patient care.
• Collaborates with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
• Maintains active and unrestricted license, DEA license, and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
• Eligible to participate in Medicare.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willing to certify through Concentra’s DOT training program.

Pay

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate for 5 days a week in the state range of $240,000.00 to $300,000.00 salary depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.

Schedule

M-F, 8 to 5, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no call.
