About the Role
Full-time Physician Float position for the Baltimore market. This clinic-based role provides direct patient care in a family-like environment backed by the resources of a large organization. We offer a customized orientation to support your transition into occupational medicine.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and provide treatments while ensuring an exceptional and reassuring patient experience.
- Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
- Lead by example, fostering an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, and quality care.
- Maintain relationships with center clients and payers.
- Promote and exemplify organizational values for all clinic colleagues.

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted medical license.
- Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for the state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare.
- FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to certify through Concentra’s DOT training program.

Pay
This position is eligible for a base compensation range of $240,000 to $300,000 annually, depending on job-related factors such as experience, geographic location, and seniority.
Schedule
Many of our clinics offer working hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.
