Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients.
  • Work in a collaborative environment alongside experienced clinicians.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed MD or DO.
  • This position is located at our clinic in The Dalles, Oregon.
  • Full-time position, 4 days/week - 32 patient contact hours.
  • Plus 8 hours of clinical asynchronous care time.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school with current Board Certification.
  • Current Oregon NP or PA license.
  • DEA licensure in good standing.
  • Preferred qualifications include 3 years' experience in primary care, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and Epic EMR experience.

Pay

  • Total first-year value: $265,000k.
  • First-year compensation package includes:
    • $25,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment.
    • $200,000 base salary.
    • $40,000 first-year guarantee (FYG).
    • Full participation in our RVU incentive program, even in year one.
    • Bilingual Differential: $0.75 per hour for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Schedule

  • Full-time position, 4 days/week - 32 patient contact hours.
  • Plus 8 hours of clinical asynchronous care time.
