About the role
This position is located in southern Wisconsin with proximity to major metropolitan areas. The role involves four clinic days per week with one administrative day for work-life balance, and no hospital responsibilities. The provider will work 32 patient contact hours per week, seeing an average of 18–20 outpatient visits per day in a collaborative environment. Shared clinic space is available with cardiology, pulmonology, and endocrinology services. The position is replacing a physician who has had a thriving practice for close to 20 years, with strong support from experienced colleagues and dedicated nursing staff. Will consider candidates who are strictly FM or interested in incorporating OB in their practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient care with 32 patient contact hours per week
- Average 18–20 outpatient visits per day
- Collaborate with cardiology, pulmonology, and endocrinology services in shared clinic space
- Option to incorporate OB in practice if interested
Requirements
- Family Medicine (FM) trained; will consider candidates strictly FM or those interested in incorporating OB
