Responsibilities

• Value-based care model focused on preventive medicine
• Teaching opportunities available through academic affiliation with a new family medicine residency program
• Board certified in either Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)

Requirements

• Monday - Friday schedule with closed weekends
• Lifestyle practice with low call requirements
• 8 am - 5 pm hours for excellent work-life balance
• 3 patients per hour for quality patient care
