Job Summary

Parkview Physicians Group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join their well-established team in Kendallville, Indiana.

About the role

The ideal candidate values patient satisfaction, teamwork, and willingness to work alongside APPs. The role involves Family Medicine Office Hours: 8am - 5pm, flexible scheduling, 36 patient contact hours per week, outpatient practice type, inpatient expectation includes newborn rounding, afterhours call schedule is 1:7 and very light, and newborn call is 1:7.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a family medicine setting
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners to manage general family medicine cases including pediatrics, adult and geriatrics, chronic disease management, and optional OB
• Participate in newborn rounding
• Assist with inpatient care as needed
• Handle afterhours call and newborn call schedules

Requirements

• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Current Medical License in Indiana
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings preferred
