Emanuel Medical Center - Turlock, California
Established Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program with rotating students.
209 hospital beds with 32-bed ED.
64,000 annual patient volume.
STEMI Receiving Center and takes transfers from outside facilities for higher level of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for emergency medicine.
- Manage patient flow and triage effectively.
- Perform diagnostic procedures and treatments as necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest emergency medicine research and best practices.
- Contribute to the education and training of medical students and residents.
Requirements
- Current CA state license is a plus.
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine with EM fellowship.
- Experience in emergency medicine or relevant field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for improving patient care and community health.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Passing scores on all required licensing exams.
