About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Physician - Family Medicine - Sign-On Bonus Available, 4 days in clinic, 1 day remote to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will focus on providing comprehensive outpatient primary care for a diverse patient panel, with a balance of in-office, testing center, and virtual visits. The position offers close collaboration with clinical colleagues across both on-site and remote settings, along with opportunities to contribute through procedures, supervision, and ongoing clinical learning. It is an excellent opportunity for a family medicine physician who values continuity of care, team-based practice, and a flexible schedule in a modern care environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel with a wide range of primary care needs
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and occasional tele-health visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous clinical learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures using clinical training and judgment
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues as part of team-based care
• Obtain additional state licensure as needed for virtual primary care coverage

Qualifications

• Completed or enrolled in an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with certification plans within 1 year
• State licensed in Arizona before the start date

$238,600 – $285,300 annually
