About the role

The successful candidate will practice in the areas of Clinical Health, Clinical or Counseling Psychology. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows.

Responsibilities

• Practice in the areas of Clinical Health, Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• Provide excellent patient care
• Be actively involved in the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows
• Sustain an outstanding, extramurally supported research program for appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor rank

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. degree or foreign equivalent
• Board certified / eligible in Psychology
• Demonstrated track-record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and publications in high-impact journals for appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor rank

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Schedule

There will be opportunities to round with the inpatient team throughout the year. The remaining portion of your schedule will involve oversight of psychology trainees, teaching or conducting research activities.
