The Rush Copley Medical Center, part of the Rush University System for Health network, is seeking a BC/BE Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join their team.

About the role

Rush Medical Group Primary Care offers comprehensive health care for the entire family, from newborns to seniors. The physician will see patients of all ages and provide care for acute illnesses and chronic medical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a busy outpatient setting
• Treat a broad spectrum of medical conditions, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in medical education and training programs
• Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Current Illinois Medical License
• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Experience in outpatient family medicine preferred

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of ACGME-accredited residency program in Family Medicine
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex cases

Pay

The total pay range for this role is $265,000 - $345,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with potential for part-time scheduling.
