Join CHI Health Clinic in Grand Island, Nebraska, as a Primary Care Physician in Family Medicine without OB. This role offers comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a traditional ambulatory clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a traditional ambulatory clinic setting
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, and chronic disease management to support long-term patient health
• Develop lasting relationships with patients and families through continuity of care
• Practice within a collaborative multispecialty environment designed to enhance care coordination and patient outcomes
• Participate in a shared clinic call schedule designed to promote work-life balance
• Utilize EPIC as the integrated electronic medical record in both the clinic and hospital settings
• Work closely with hospitalists and intensivists who provide inpatient care support
• Academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine

Requirements

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Completion of a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine training program
• Valid Nebraska medical license or eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Nebraska
• Nebraska DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
