Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient endocrine care.

Qualifications
- Successful completion of an endocrinology fellowship.
- Board certification or eligibility in endocrinology.
- Washington state licensure.
- DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
- Current BLS certification.
