We need to output only HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:

Then after duties: "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package VHA Physician Total Rewards Recruitment/Relocation Incentive (Sign-on Bonus): A recruitment/relocation incentive is authorized for highly qualified candidates Pay: Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave - 13 days of sick leave - 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME) Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement) Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory CME: Possible $1 -000 per year reimbursement (must be full-time with board certification) Malpractice: Free liability protection with tail coverage provided Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restriction on moonlighting Work Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm Preferred Experience: 2-3 years in specialty experience - board certification"
We need to map sections.
We have "About the role": could be summary location and reporting line, maybe also announcement open continuous.
"Responsibilities": duties list.
"Requirements" or "Qualifications": qualifications details.
"Skills": maybe not explicit; we could omit if not present.
"Benefits": includes recruitment/relocation incentive, PTO, retirement, insurance, CME reimbursement, malpractice, contract, etc.
"Pay": Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases.
"Schedule": Work Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm.
"Preferred Experience" maybe part of qualifications or skills. Could be under Qualifications or Skills. Since we have a Skills section, we could put "Preferred Experience: 2-3 years in specialty experience - board certification" there.
But we must not create sections with filler. Ensure each section has real content.
We need to avoid duplication: The qualifications already mention license etc. The Benefits section includes Licensure again? Actually Licensure listed under Benefits but it's actually a requirement. Might be duplication but we should preserve all substantive info; we can include it under Requirements (already there) and maybe not repeat under Benefits. However the Benefits section includes Licensure line; we could keep it under Benefits as it's part of total rewards? Actually it's a requirement not a benefit. But the posting lumps it under total rewards package. We could still include it under Benefits as it's mentioned there. But to avoid duplication, we could keep it under Requirements only and not repeat under Benefits. However the instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we omit the Licensure line from Benefits, we are omitting that detail (though it's also in Requirements). But it's still present elsewhere, so not lost. The detail is preserved somewhere. It's okay.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with placeholder like "not specified". All sections we create have content.
Let's draft:
Have expertise in Endocrinology and be able to treat and manage patients with illnesses related to General Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.
Be proficient and privileged in procedures related to Endocrinology.
Also we missed "Complete documentation and coding of visits accurately and timely" we have.
Now ensure we didn't duplicate.
Now check Benefits: we included recruitment/relocation incentive, PTO, retirement, insurance, CME, malpractice, contract. We omitted "Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory" which we already have under Requirements. Good.
We omitted "Pay: Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases" we have under Pay.
We omitted "Work Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm" we have under Schedule.
We omitted "Preferred Experience: 2-3 years in specialty experience - board certification" we have under Skills.
Now ensure no boilerplate: We removed "Summary" heading, we used About the role. We removed "Qualifications" heading? We used Requirements. That's okay.
We removed "Duties" heading; we used Responsibilities.
We removed "VA offers a comprehensive

Skills
Preferred experience: 2‑3 years in specialty experience; board certification preferred.
Check if any content missing: The "Preferred Experience: 2-3 years in specialty experience - board certification" we placed under Skills. Good. We omitted mention of "VA Physician Total Rewards" heading but we captured benefits. We omitted "Reference: For more information on this qualification standard - please visit https://www.va.gov/ohrm/QualificationStandards/." That's a reference link; is it substantive? It's a reference for qualification standard. Could be included under Requirements maybe as a note. But it's a link; we could include as a paragraph under Requirements. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include that reference. Let's add aunder Requirements after the list:
For more information on this qualification standard, see VA Qualification Standards.
But we must not add markdown; just HTML. Use . Also we might need to include "Reference: For more information on this qualification standard - please visit https://www.va.gov/ohrm/QualificationStandards/." We'll incorporate. Also note about "Exceptions: Residents currently enrolled in ACGME/AOA accredited residency training programs and who would otherwise meet the basic requirements for appointment are eligible to be appointed as ""Physician Resident Providers"" (PRPs)..." We included that. Also note about "surgery residents in gap years may also be appointed as PRPs" and "Facility Director can submit a memo..." We included generic. We should ensure we didn't lose any duty details: The duties list includes: "Physician should have expertise in Endocrinology and be able to treat and manage patients who have illnesses related to General Internal Medicine and Endocrinology", "Physician should also be proficient and privileged in procedures related to Endocrinology", "Provide comprehensive care to include diagnosis - treatment - follow-up and education of patients with Endocrinology conditions in the outpatient - inpatient and community living center settings", "Physician will work closely with the Diabetic Education staff and provide support and guidance", "Complete documentation and coding of visits accurately and timely", "Evaluate - triage - and prioritize Endocrinology consult requests to ensure timely care for patients", "Conduct telemedicine visits for patients in outlying clinics", "Perform administrative tasks as assigned - such as peer reviews - Compensation and Pension evaluations - and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (OPPE)", "Coordinate care at VA or non-VA referral centers for patients requiring services not provided at the facility such as MOHS surgery", "Attend staff meetings and service on committees - process improvement teams and workgroups as requested", "Completes CME as required to maintain competency in Endocrinology and medical licensure", "Completes HIPAA - Privacy and Security and other mandatory VA training in a timely manner". We captured most but we missed the first two bullet points about expertise and proficiency in procedures. Let's add them. Add to Responsibilities list:
