A community hospital that treats patients from across the St. Louis metropolitan area offering a wide range of comprehensive medical care.
Level II STEMI Receiving Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and primary heart attack center.
476-bed facility with up to 52 Emergency Department beds.
Anual volume of 47,000 with a 30% admit rate.
Patient mix includes high acuity, trauma cases, and patients from an underserved neighborhood.

Estimated Compensation

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.
In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
